Lottery License Contact Information and Requirements

The FOSPW license to sell 50/50 and lot draw tickets is issued by the Municipality of Central Elgin.  Our primary contact person for license related issues is:

Each season requires a new license application.  The fee for our lottery license is approximately 3% of our projected revenue for the upcoming season.  

A copy of the approved license must be sent the CCCA Program Support Assistant (currently Brittany Bell).

Each season requires a lottery report to be filled out and submitted to the Municipality.  This report will also include an attachment with the name, address, phone number and winning ticket number of the winners of each draw and the date of winning.
